Vodafone Idea to unleash a new brand identity and advertising soon

Vodafone Idea is likely to re-launch its brand identity soon. The firm has announced that it will unveil a completely new identity and communication, which is reliable. The re-launch is to have combined advertising as well as the brand identity as a single entity. Earlier, both Vodafone and Idea had two brands separately and with two different advertisements. Both Vodafone India and Idea Cellular were merged in August 2018, is likely to announce the renewed brand positioning.

This new brand's unveiling is to communicate the superior quality of calls and top-notch service around it, officials said. According to the statistics, Idea Cellular had a more rural reach, whereas Vodafone is popular in the urban areas. The telco has been steadily losing its customers to rivals Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel, though it has already integrated its post-paid plans under the Vodafone brand.

In recent times it has its user base plunge to nearly 280 million at June end from 408 million at the time of the merger. Keeping this in mind and getting new subscribers, the firm has announced new plans that will help the customers pay the bills easily. The firm has also planned new strategies to pay statutory dues and invest in network operations to take rivals.
