Apple’s new wireless buds, the Airpods Pro is now available in India

Apple’s new wireless buds, the Airpods Pro is now available in India

Apple’s AirPods Pro is now available for sale in India. The new wireless buds were announced last month at Rs 24,900. The product is the company’s most premium earphones with features like active noise cancellation and superior sound quality. They went on sale in October in the US and are now available in India.

The AirPods are available at Apple Authorised Resellers. The pricing in India is a little more than compared to the US where they are available for USD 249 (approx. Rs 17,850). They will also be available on Amazon India. The standard AirPods with the charging case is available for Rs. 14,900.

The premium AirPods are not like regular AirPods. The biggest change is to the design as silicon tips have been added for a more comfortable experience and better seal. It is crucial for the Active Noise Cancellation feature which is the main highlight of the product. ANC on the AirPods Pro has two microphones combined with software smarts to adapt and remove background noise and offer an immersive sound experience to the user.

They have also added a vent system that eliminates the pressure caused by prolonged earphones used, making them comfortable to use for long periods of time. AirPods Pro has a Transparency Mode that can be enabled if you want to listen to music and be aware of your surroundings at the same time. AirPods Pro can be paired with Apple devices running on iOS 13.2 or later, iPad OS 13.2 or later, watchOS 6.1 or later, tvOS 13.2 or later or macOS Catalina 10.15.1 or later.
