Why not give a try to Tandem, all you language newbies’?

Wanna learn languages from different countries here is a platform for you to explore! Baffled as to what is signaled here...! Catch us for more….

Well, there is an application which mesmerizes you and inclines you unknowingly to learn innumerable languages in a jiffy may be….

Welcome to Tandem: App-based communities where strangers from all over the world chat with each other, but absolutely not for dating purposes; even if it can feel a little Tinder-ish as you scroll through a bunch of age-badged photo profiles trying to decide who to strike up a conversation with.

The focus to introduce this app was to connect people around the globe and practice the languages they want to… Isn’t it interesting?!

Users are boosted to put in their interests on their profile and uploading a selfie is mandatory. Digitally you can converse with strangers to explore yourself. Today’s language learners are of course hugely spoilt for choice when it comes to apps and services offering to take the strain out of mastering a foreign tongue. But Berlin-based Tandem reckons it’s found a relatively less well-ploughed niche by focusing on building a platform to enable peer-to-peer practice for free. The app supports text messaging, audio and video chatting.

At the present scenario active users count is 1.2 million at this point. Tandem is the only app where you can reach fluency for free and aids in easy practice.

The co-founder Arnd Aschentrup said “We designed the app to make it as easy as possible to start a conversation and improve — from linking people on their shared interests and language goals to providing ice breaker games.”

Tandem certainly feels like a pretty charming language practice community, with lots of polite and enthusiastic comments left on people’s profiles as user reviews. There are 11,026 different language pairs supported by Tandem. Users are given warnings before using the service and they are: No spamming, no flirting, and to be respectful or can be expected to be banned.

“We have members from 160 different countries and strive to be as diverse as possible,” says the co-founder Arnd Aschentrup.

Tandem is a good will which helps to connect with outsider and learning a language you’re not master of. The main aim of Tandem is to upsell language exchange to Peer-to-peer community via their service.

Basically you need both speaking practice and grammatical study to become fluent in another language. Aschentrup says they are aiming to make the experience as mobile and frictionless as possible for language teachers.
