Asia's leading integrated cloud communication and startup firms like Janio Aisa and Coda Payments are all-set to use an 8x8 Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) to reach customers across the world effectively. This platform will go through the Wavecell acquisition launched by CPaaS programmable applications, in the Asia Pacific region. Janio being an integrated logistics solutions provider based in Singapore, provides solutions across 15 markets in Asia.
"Our mission is to bring the Asian markets closer by building the region's leading logistics network that provides the infrastructure to help businesses scale their operations more quickly and reliably. Seamlessly integrating the 8x8 SMS API into the Janio platform empowers our business customers to keep their customers always informed through the automation of real-time SMS updates on shipments," said Senthil Kumar, Group Head of Commercial at Janio Asia.
The company always wanted to add SMS communication capabilities to its platform to provide an end-to-end, cross-border eCommerce logistics platform serving some of the largest marketplaces and business owners. Therefore the firm selected the 8x8 SMS API to enable businesses to efficiently reach their customers anywhere, any time by automating notifications, reminders, and alerts.
