Windows 95 is back: Will be Available as an App in macOS, Windows, and Linux

It is said that the kids in the 90s will understand the value of Windows 95. Its value is priceless and for many, it is the first ever operating system that even today is loved by many. In the past, there wasn’t any complications and mess hence made the OS a smooth runner. That is what made Windows 95 a huge success. This version had made fans stand in a queue and wait for their version of the software, but now things have changed and this OS is available as an app for macOS, Windows, and Linux. All thanks to Slack developer Felix Rieseberg. The old PC experience can now be re-lived and re-experienced. It doesn’t matter if today the user is running on Windows 10, a Mac or Linux the user can still use it and optimize it to the fullest.

"It's a terrible idea that works shockingly well. I'm so sorry," says Rieseberg in his tweet. The app will be available on GitHub and it is a file that's less than 130MB with a cross-platform development framework which uses web technologies. All the drawbacks are removed out as it only occupies a maximum of 200MB, which is quite good since the problem of freezing and causing other issues won’t occur. Although it is the same platform, many who are attached to the OS will still download it and use it. Let us see how many fans will do that
