Noted Salesforce executive Tony Ng has been appointed as the new MD of Adobe Greater China. He will be leading Adobe’s business in Greater China across Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Document Cloud and Adobe Creative Cloud.
He has joined adobe from Salesforce where he was the VP of Commercial Business for Asia. Here he was responsible for customer growth and retention across both the ASEAN and Greater China regions. In this position, he oversaw the Asia team with a focus on sales development, talent retention, and building the overall business to deliver sustainable growth. He has also held leadership roles at brands including Microsoft, Boeing, Asia Netcom, Cisco, AT&T and Texas Instruments.
Ng will report directly to Simon Tate, president of Asia Pacific. “Ng is an incredible leader, with a deep understanding of the Greater China region, and a relentless focus on customer success to drive business growth. This is an important market for Adobe and his experience and knowledge of the local ecosystem, as well as the digital landscape, will be a valuable asset to our customers and partners,” said Simon Tate.
