The 12th edition of the International Fire & Security Exhibition had some amazing participation and one among them was the world’s leading providers of innovative video surveillance products and solutions – Hikvision. So the IFSEC India 2018 which was held at PragatiMaidan, New Delhi from 5-7 December 2018 unveiled the latest A.I. products, solutions and its applications. The Indian Market surely will be happy with this news because many felt there was a lack of A.I. tech implemented in the nation.
Hikvision had its own products to show in the exhibition and eventually, for that, it got an award called the ‘Excellence in Security Technology Implementation’ (Indofil Chemical). According to Ashish P. Dhakan (MD and CEO of PramaHikvsion India Pvt. Ltd), Hikvsion showcased its best – in – class technologies. The most attractive factors were the Face recognition Terminals, Artificial Inidtteligence, A.I. Cloud, Big Data and IoT. PIR Cameras, Face Recognition Terminals & Swing Gates, Smart Pole and ECS (Emergency Call Switch) were also part of the Exhibition. Hikvision had set up a gigantic booth at the event. It showed a whole new range of vertical specific solutions, including PPOG, Intelligent Traffic Management Solution (ITMS), Mobile, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Tourism, Retail, and Banking. Something to really consider for the development of Indian tech says few researchers and experts. Many still feel there needs to be a change and with this exhibition, it is evident that we might see something new in the coming market of 2019.
