Krisumi is a joint venture that is being carried out between India’s Krishna Group and Sumitomo Corporation, a Fortune 500 company in Japan. The new venture is a 30-acre housing project amidst a 65-acre land in Gurgaon. According to the plan, the first phase consists of 433 units, and this includes a clubhouse. Takahiro Yamazaki, Director, and Co-CEO of Sumitomo Corporation, stated that the project would be completed by the end of 2024. So far, the company has launched three towers (A, B, and C). The announcement for the first two towers was made earlier, and the launch of 3rd tower was done during the pandemic. The first two towers will have 239 units, and the last tower will have almost 194 units.

The building will have 34 floors, and the top six floors will be exclusive to limited edition apartments that are fully furnished. Furthermore, Takahiro added that the top floors exclusive would be made available only for the expatriate community.
