TunnelBear 3.2 – The New Improved and Refined VPN Service

TunnelBear 3.2 – The New Improved and Refined VPN Service

Canada based virtual private network (VPN) service provider, TunnelBear Inc has recently released an update, TunnelBear 3.2 for Windows. Also available for Mac, TunnelBear provides users with both free and paid-for VPN plans.

This new all-new TunnelBear 3.2 version is featuring a completely rebuilt VigilantBear component and has promised to improve reliability while switching networks as well as some other tweaks and bug fixes.

Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) are used to create secure tunneled internet connections, even on insecure networks like public Wi-Fi hotspots, to protect data and internet activity from prying eyes. With VPN, users can also alter their location to have geo-restricted content access. This feature by TunnelBear 3.2 has been rebuilt from the ground up version. It is designed in such a way that when connecting the VPN by keeping location information and data private the privacy always remains strong.

TunnelBear 3.2 update also includes flaw fixes for two of its features that were unveiled in the previous version. The IKEv2 tunnels, which used to connect faster has been patched to deal with the stability issues, while the Mini Mode no longer have to face an overlapping menu bar.

TunnelBear has not only updated the features but also changed its icon, and this brand new icon fits really well with the RememBear icon.

TunnelBear 3.2 is now available for download for PCs running Windows 7 or later. And for PCs running Mac OS, it is available as TunnelBear 3.5.1. The Toronto based VPN service provider’s free plans supply 500MB/month and the paid plans supply unlimited data cost at $9.99/month (or $49.88 for 12 months, the equivalent of $4.16 a month).
