Shenzen-based smartphone maker, Realme, aims to launch a 64 MP camera smartphone in India just before the festival of lights. The development was unveiled at an event in New Delhi on Thursday. Other than the 64MP smartphone, the company also spoke about the launch of quad-camera smartphones.
It is learned from the reports that the company did not reveal much about the development but the new 64Mp smartphone is powered by ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor for the 64-megapixel camera smartphone, Realme said.
According to Realme, it has been working with Samsung for a long time, even before the sensor came into production. The development for the 64MP phone started with the creation of prototypes and the testing was carried out before GW1 was manufactured. The main aim of the company is to produce a smartphone encompassing the highest resolution.
On the other hand, focusing on the quad-camera setup of the other smartphones, the quad – camera setups will feature the following: 2x telephoto lens, super wide angle photography support, expert mode, and ultra-macro photography support.
According to a tweet by the company, the smartphones equipped with full function quad system will be filled with features such as ultra-nightscape, super wide angle, ultra resolution to deliver a world-class camera experience for the users.
The new phone by Realme, if turns out to be good can attract photography lovers in a quick succession.
