Samsung is All Set to Roll out Its Galaxy A9 Smartphone On November 20

After Samsung unveiled its new Galaxy A9 smartphone in Singapore last month, the company is all set to launch it in India on November 20. In Singapore, the price tag of the Galaxy A9 was approximately Rs 51,300. There is no information about the price tag of the Smartphone in India but according to reports, the device is expected to have a price tag of Rs 39,999.

Galaxy A9 flaunts an eye-catching color scheme on the back and a tall AMOLED display up front. Besides, the smartphone is equipped with a quad-camera system.

The smartphone comes with a 6.3-inch FHD plus super AMOLED display along with support for always-on-functionality. Powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 660 processor, Galaxy A9 will be available with 6GB OR 8GB RAM. The 8GB RAM model will only be sold in some markets and India may not be one of them. The internal storage capacity for both the models will be 128GB, and the memory can be expanded via microSD card upto 512GB.

The battery comes with a charging capacity of 3,800mAh and is embedded with a fast charging support USB Type-C. The smartphone has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and also supports facials recognition too.

In terms of the Camera, Galaxy A9 comes with a quad-camera system. The main sensor of the camera is powered by 24MP and with an aperture of f/1.7, and a depth sensor of 5MP. Its 120-degree ultra-wide angle lens comes with 8MP and an aperture of f/2.4 and the telephoto lens comes with a 10MP along with 2x optical zoom.
