A new report by Microsoft - IDC study suggest that in India, the development of AI will be more than double the rate of innovation and employee productivity within two years.
Till now, only one-third of the companies in India have started to accelerate in the field of AI. The companies which have started to adapt AI technology are likely to boost their competitiveness by almost 2.3 times in 2021. The study was surveyed on 200 business leaders and 202 workers in India.
People familiar with the matter said that economies and businesses that have yet to accelerate on AI run a risk of missing out on the competitive benefits that are ripped by the leaders.
The findings of the study suggest that Indian is required to build upon its investment, data, and planning if it wants to boost in the field of AI. The study also revealed that in order to make AI work for the country, there should be skills and re-skilling workforces along with cultural changes.
Microsoft has also unveiled the launch of an event called the week of AI. The event will assist developers and organizations to develop expertise in the field of data sciences, AI, IoT, and cloud computing. The event will take place for five days.
The event will be addressed by AI experts and data scientist from big players such as Reliance Jio, Flipkart and InMobi.
The new event will help everybody including the new organizations which are looking for growth in the field of AI, cloud computing, etc.
