Microsoft predicts that the next great disruption is expected in the hybrid work approach

Tech Giant Microsoft has recently made an announcement regarding its finding from a study conducted on Work Trend Index. This study was named "The Next Great Disruption is Hybrid Work – Are We Ready?" the new report covers seven hybrid work trends that are expected to be followed by every business leader trying to enter this new era of work. The leaders must now look at hybrid work options and function the business as usual. GM in Modern Workplace of Microsoft Asia, Rosalind Quek, has stated that we are at the very edge of disruption, and the sudden shift to WFH has given rise to the hybrid work model where only a few employees are expected to return to the office while the rest would work from home.

To make sure that we are adapting to the hybrid model, we must rethink our assumptions. The choices that businesses tend to make today would significantly impact the future. These decisions will play a major role in everything from how you attract and retain talents to how you shape the culture to how you can support innovations and boost collaboration. The ongoing pandemic had completely changed our work's nature, which proves that workplace disruptions are in.
