SAP has joined hands with Microsoft to integrate Teams into its solutions

SAP, a popular ERP solutions provider, has recently made an announcement that it will be partnering with tech giant Microsoft to integrate Teams with SAPs solutions. The new partnership’s main focus will be on integrating Microsoft’s popular video conferencing and collaboration platform with the intelligent suite of solutions of SAP. The two tech giants will also work towards expanding their existing partnership in regards to Microsoft Azure and SAP S/4HANA. It must be noted that SAP S/4HANA is an ERP solution that is future-ready, and the system has in-built technologies like machine learning, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence.

CEO of SAP SE and member of the Executive Board, Christian Klein, has stated that the latest integration will take the collaboration between the two companies’ solutions to the next level, and this will determine the future of work and new methods to enable frictionless enterprise. A lot of things have changed in the last year with people moving toward the work from home culture, and this has increased people’s reliance on Teams for collaboration, meetings, and communication. To make sure the new trend is well-supported, Microsoft and SAP are working hard to build new integrations between SAP solutions and Microsoft Teams.
