Earlier this week, Microsoft has announced that it is joining hands with Accenture and Avanade to develop customized AI solutions. The solution is specially tailored for customers in particular industry verticals. With the help of Microsoft’s AI platform, Accenture and Avanade will create industry-specific solutions to spark an immediate business impact for companies looking for unique solutions.
“Microsoft is going to work with Accenture's Applied Intelligence group to build custom AI solutions aimed at the consumer-packaged goods market, telecommunications and retail”, said Gavriella Schuster, Microsoft Corporate Vice President, and Commercial Partner Channels & Programs.
Dubbed as Dynamics 365 AI solutions, Accenture’s Intelligent Customer Engagement (ICE) framework is the first solution that is combined with Microsoft AI Solution for customer cares to provide a seamless customer support while the other solution i.e. Accenture Intelligent Revenue Growth (IRG) is combined with Microsoft AI platform to release opportunities in the goods market.
“The growth around Artificial Intelligence is exponential, and my hope is that these AI partnerships will inspire other partners to make a bet on Microsoft to transform AI in the enterprise,” added Mr. Schuster.
By using its Knowledge Graph, Bing data, and machine-reading technology, Microsoft has been developing many customs agents for enterprise customers. Additionally, for providing early access to Microsoft AI technology, the company is looking forward to making a team of data scientists, engineers, and architects with the help of Accenture and Avanade.
