Facebook furnishes Ad Breaks for Video Creators in India

Video makers in India can now use new monetisation tools for their videos. Facebook’s decision that has brought some changes like ad breaks or short ads will let video makers earn money through videos. These ad breaks will now be available for partners in English, Malayalam, Bengali, Hindi and Tamil. The Creator Day event was the platform where this announcement was made.

The ad breaks’ time frame would be about three minutes long where creators have the option of placing the ad or turn it off for each video.  PareshRajwat who is now the Head of Product for Video at Facebook said that the biggest trend that Indian digital industry has witnessed in consumer behaviour, is the rapid growth of the adoption of video. The team is now seeing consumer videos exploding in its platform and today video has become one of the biggest drivers of engagement growth on Facebook. It is more of a free platform to express and impress many audiences. In order to find free prospects in terms of media, business, publicity, and more are possible on Facebook.

The company further introduced “Brand Collabs Manager” which is a tool that will help brands find creators in order to collaborate so that they get more brand visibility. Portfolio creation will become very easy and partnership becomes smoother.
