Libelium leads the way in IoT as it opens up new methodologies

In its venture to extend the company’s services to all other companies connected by the IoT chain, Libelium has launched two partnership programs. Libelium designs and manufactures wireless sensor network devices so that system integrators, engineering, and consultancy companies can deliver reliable Internet of Things (IoT), M2M and Smart Cities solutions with minimum time to market. With the new services, company plans to integrate devices from the hardware companies as well as the new radio communication protocols.  The company is already on its way to expand its services in IoT platform and over 2,000 developers from 115 countries in companies ranging from startups to universities to large international corporations have adopted Libelium’s hardware and software technology for projects in North America, Australia, Asia and Europe.

 It aims to provide new business opportunities for those companies in IoT and as a beginning Axis Communications has already joined Libelium and has integrated a camera with Libelium’s IoT gateway. The technology gives   businesses new opportunities in the IoT arena to be used in smart projects connecting directly with more than 40 Cloud platforms already compatible with IoT gateway Meshlium. The advantage with integrating the Axis cameras with the Libelium sensors is that it gives better services in aggregating data. Together it can be connected to any cloud platform to allow the collection and aggregation of all the various data streams in an easy and integrated manner thus leading the IoT platform in better ways always.
