TCS Focuses on its Growth in South Africa, Latin America and Other Markets

TCS is considered to be the largest IT services firm with immense growth. Now stepping in other regions like South Africa and Latin America it seeks to improve its historically lagging tech support. Other regions like Europe, Japan, New Zealand, and Australia have also seen immense growth. This means that it will launch new services, platforms and products in these regions, which it should be doing in order to make a mark. For now, the company’s part in such large markets is still low according to the TCS and that is why it is seeking to penetrate these markets in the coming years. Krishna Ramanujam who is now the TCS Global Head gave this information in the company's annual report for 2018-19.

In the previous year, TCS had introduced its ‘Business 4.0’ strategy, which is a leadership framework that helps customers leverage digital technologies. This framework mainly focuses on addressing the growth and transformation agendas. Keeping in mind factors such as TCS’ revenue per cent, which is 53 that came from America, followed by 5.7 per cent from India and 29.7 per cent from Europe, the company sees greater visibility and confidence to expand.
