IBM to Introduce AI-powered Enterprise Marketing Cloud Services

New York based computer manufacturing company IBM announces the launch of its AI-powered enterprise marketing cloud services in India. Now, its customers will be able to host their marketing data on the local cloud data centres. The announcement was made public earlier this week.

With this announcement, we will be able to offer our customers the power of the cloud and AI to leverage data in the digital marketing space,” said Karan Bajwa, MD at IBM India. “Businesses are increasingly looking at data-driven insights to engage with their customers and create personalised experiences,” he added.

According to IBM officials, the launch will allow Indian businesses as well as government agencies to ensure client’s controllability over the marketplace, which is more vital for sectors like banking and insurance. The IBM’s Watson programme based Indian- centric solutions will help the company to attract more domestic clients, especially from the banking and finance sectors.

India is poised to lead the data revolution, given the enormous amount of data being generated by over 1 billion people. CEOs are interested in security, data privacy, AI, and how the cloud can transform their business. With the launch of this service, we now provide the world’s best-in-class AI-powered marketing cloud solution from our cloud data centre in India,” said Harriet Green, Chairman and CEO, IBM Asia Pacific.
