vHealth Appoints Damian Delaney As Managing Director For Its Indian Operations

vHealth by Aetna, one of India's pioneering preventive and primary care brands, recently announced the appointment of Mr Damian Delaney as Managing Director of its Indian operations, an Australian national with 25+ years of international experience. Damian will have its operations in Delhi, and will manage all facets of the 2.8 million members business.

Damian is an innovative and engaging business leader with significant business experience through various product categories, consumer segments, distribution channels and both; established and emerging markets. Developing high-caliber teams capable of delivering consistent customer experiences that exploit data and digital innovation is a passion. Damian worked as Managing Director for Aetna Korea, based in Seoul, where he managed their Population Health Solutions (PHS) consulting business working in partnership with local government, academics and leading insurance companies before taking up this post. PHS involves implementing and applying global best practices in digital healthcare, advanced analytics, risk/predictive analysis, machine learning/AI and related behavioral change strategies designed to improve healthcare eco-systems, enhance portfolio sustainability and, most significantly, enhance healthcare outcomes.
