India’s largest healthcare network, Oxxy, will now assist tourists with its healthcare facilities. The announcement was public on Thursday. Oxxy will carry out the development in collaboration with a Nagpur-based company called Global Panorama showcases (GPS).
As per Oxxy, the new collaboration will pave a way for them to offer health support on the go for the first time in India. Since GPS deal with travel bookings, Oxxy Healthcare will provide full health sponsorship for those who issue tickets through GPS. During the entire travel journey, the travelers will be given discounts on all the medicines, tests, surgeries along with ambulance services.
The valuation of the healthcare company is more than $3.6B and it is the largest healthcare network in India which connects more than 2 lakh hospitals, pathology and diagnostic centers with 360-degree heath solutions.
The new partnership has allowed GPS to carry patients from all over the world to all the cities in India. It will cause a boom in medical tourism since many patients from outside India did not have proper knowledge about the treatment rates and other things.
As per the founder of GPS, the partnership with Oxxy will provide the most meaningful and unique value proportion to all the customers making it the most rewarding way for their travel.
Commenting on the partnership, research has revealed that travelers are seeking healthcare securities and Oxxy is the best option since it has an extensive network throughout the country.
