McDonald’s re-launches online food ordering service McDelivery in India

McDonald’s, one of the premium food chains in India is re-launching its online food delivery services called McDelivery in India. The online food delivery services are currently open in North and East India. Customers now have the convenience of ordering their favourite food through the app and website.

The relaunch of the online food ordering services has added a new dimension of convenience to McDonald’s and also has increased the popularity of the firm. “We are happy to restart McDelivery online services and we look forward to serving our customer's great-tasting food, in the comfort of their homes and offices. We are committed to delivering on our core commitments of quality, service, cleanliness, and value while exceeding our customers’ expectations every time they order from us,” said Robert Hunghanfoo, head, Connaught Plaza Restaurants Private Limited (CPRL).

The firm has also come up with new marketing strategies to attract its customers and also to improve its online services such as it is offering its online ordering customers a McAloo Tikki Burger with a meal pack for just INR 300. And there are many exciting offers available for the customers who order the food online.

Currently, McDelivery services are available only in the selected restaurants in North and East India. The firm has promised to open its online ordering services throughout India by the end of 2019. There is no doubt that McDonald’s will gain more popularity in India, with this move.
