Twitter's fresh revamped look fails to make an impact on some users

Online news and social networking service giant Twitter newly has revealed a new look, and much similar to some prior changes the company has made to its short-messaging service, it's not going over so well with the Twitterati.

According to Twitter the fresh new design highlight the simplicity, building it quicker and easier to use, with bolder headlines and more instinctive icons. Also it has distorted user's profile images from square-shaped to round.

As per the company, the new user interface will roll out in upcoming days and weeks on twitter.com, Twitter for iOS, Twitter for Android, TweetDeck, and Twitter Lite.

While to this, the Twitter users straight away reciprocated recently by tweeting jokes critical of the changes. On the whole, there were roughly 30,000 tweets concerning the new user interface, or UI, came just within the hours of the change, out of which the bulk of them were either complaining regarding the new look or mocking it.

Well this is not for the first time Twitter faced this kind of criticism from users, as last year also it had gone through the same when it distorted its algorithm that orders the tweets users see. Users has also tweeted their disappointment when the company turned round out its ''Moments'' feature, and when it got rid of its star sign suggestive of a ''favorite'' tweet, in favor of a heart icon, similar to Facebook's ''like'' button.

However, the revamp look is said to be Twitter's newest endeavor to refresh its messaging services, which put great effort to draw new users at the similar speed as Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat. Also, over some years we have seen Twitter revenue growth has delayed for years, and the company has cut costs and scuffle executives while still never posting a quarter of profit.
