Entravision Communications Corporation entered a definitive agreement with MediaDonuts and acquired them with an unannounced sum of amount. MediaDonuts is one of the well-known digital marketing performance and branding company with offices across seven countries in the Asia-Pacific region. For more than a decade, MediaDonuts is into offering comprehensive digital advertising potential via its strategic partnerships with major global media and technology platforms. Headquartered in Singapore, MediaDonuts serves more than 500 technology and consumer brand clients.
