QuestSoft upgrades new mortgage compliance software

QuestSoft recently announced that the firm has updated its all-new mortgage compliance software the Compliance RELIEF, which provides multi-user functionality and also a faster performance at no additional cost. This new updated version will allow the users to have multiple user modules simultaneously with access data in licensed modules.

The licensed modules include HMDA RELIEF, CRA RELIEF, and Fair Lending RELIEF which has been expanded into data on peer selection, comparison, and review. "The number-one request from customers since we launched Compliance RELIEF has been a multi-user capability," said Bhavin Shah, senior vice president of product development and technology at QuestSoft. This software has become the highest priority to many financial institutions, which can now use this software for the streamlined process, regulatory reporting, analysis, and submission.

Users can also generate various parity reports to communicate better with marketing and compliance personnel. The addition of precise and peer analysis will offer new insight into lending distribution at higher-risk places. It helps the firm in establishing enhancements for future development needs and proposed changes. This will also help many financial firms to gain new insight into technical aspects and other modules.
