Earlier this week, the San Jose based multinational company Polycom has made an announcement about the launch of its unified cloud solutions strategy and unveiled Polycom Device Management Services. With the new introduction, customers will now be able to handle and measure their telephony devices which are embedded with new capabilities.
“Polycom Cloud Services will offer the customers a unique, informative, and actionable data that empowers IT professionals to understand the value of the meeting rooms and make smart technology decisions that create exciting, productive, and fun meeting experiences for the employees,” said Mary McDowell, CEO of Polycom.
The new product is currently available for enterprise customers. Polycom Device Management Services will help IT Professionals to handle their Polycom audio devices seamlessly. According to Polycom, with the use of the cloud to acquire data, the new services simplify the audio device lifecycle management.
Moreover, Analytics is used to measure, manage and monitor the rising complexities of audio devices among different organizations.
“Simplifying human to human connections is in Polycom's DNA, so leveraging the cloud to improve how our customers manage, measure, and use their voice, video, and content systems makes complete sense,” added Tarun Loomba, EVP, Global Solutions at Polycom.
In the upcoming months, the company will introduce fresh cloud solutions for enterprise customers and include services for solution providers. Polycom is one of the market leaders and its footprint in enterprise and service providers alike will be appreciated for its simplified new cloud services.
