Leaders are now expected to look into hybrid workplace practices to trigger growth post-pandemic

We all know that our future workplace will be hybrid, with a perfect mix of working from home and working together at the office. A panel discussion called Virtual workplace 2.0 was recently held and popular tech giant Tata Communications powered the event. The event had offered us a sneak-peek of what the company is planning for its digital strategies in the coming years. The event also showed us how stakeholders could also harness the power of technology to make sure that teams that are performing well can continue to deliver the same in a secure environment. Industry experts are sure that a complex digital foundation will play a major role in helping companies achieve success.

Technology must be combined with other aspects like organizational culture to propel chance. InfrasoftTech's Head of innovation and product development, Manoj Chopra, has stated that, apart from technology's role, there are other crucial factors that will help us build a strong digital foundation. The leaders must apply Output-based performance and a culture of trust. When it comes to technology, we must have a strong data management system and a strong documents management system to ensure that we can find the necessary files quickly and securely.
