Industry experts are sure that a complex digital foundation will play a major role in helping companies achieve success.
Technology must be combined with other aspects like organizational culture to propel chance. InfrasoftTech's Head of innovation and product development, Manoj Chopra, has stated that, apart from technology's role, there are other crucial factors that will help us build a strong digital foundation. The leaders must apply Output-based performance and a culture of trust. When it comes to technology, we must have a strong data management system and a strong documents management system to ensure that we can find the necessary files quickly and securely.
