The partnership will look to accelerate the adoption of digital payments in the country
India's telecom giant Airtel has announced a strategic partnership with Axis Bank in an effort to strengthen the country's digital ecosystem through range of financial solutions.
In collaboration with Axis Bank, Airtel will look to introduce a multiple financial offerings and digital services to its huge customer base. Amongst the financial offerings will be a co-branded credit card with industry leading benefits, pre-approved instant loans, Buy Now Pay Later offerings, and much more.

The partnership will try to penetrate tier 2 and tier 3 markets by greater adoption on digitized payments. The work on this collaboration was started with the launch of ‘Airtel Axis Bank Credit Card’, which offers many benefits including cashbacks, special discounts, digital vouchers and complimentary services to Airtel customers.
