SAP Launches First of Its Kind Hybrid Office in Asia

SAP's new hybrid office is built to fit enterprise software firm's permanent hybrid work policy

SAP, the most renowned company that primarily develops enterprise software to manage and organize business operations and customer relations, in a recent announcement, has stated that it has launched its first-ever hybrid office in Southeast Asia. This brand new office is built to fit the enterprise software firm's permanent hybrid work policy. The company also aims to offer employees added value, especially with remote worker experiences like spaces catered for employers collaboration and social interaction.

SAP has further added that the hybrid office was always on the cards, and the pandemic accelerated their plans. The all-new office footprint is exclusively meant for a hybrid workforce. SAP has found that 88 percent of employees spent almost half their working day at their desks based on recent statistics. This new hybrid office will empower employees to decide where and when they work.

SAP is also offering its employees a cent percent flexible and trust-based workplace. The company's leaders will also enable flexible schedules, which will help the employees to decide the best possible way to schedule and align their work with business needs.
