Razorpay Acquires Pune-based IZealiant Technologies

Razorpay has announced that it has acquired Pune-based IZealiant Technologies. This is Razopay's fifth acquisition, and the company did not disclose the financial terms of the acquisition.

Founded in 2015, IZealiant Technologies is a leading fintech company with a Technology product suite that can be deployed for payment transaction processing by banks, merchants, and processors. IZealiant has deployed its ZealPro product suite for more than 50 banks in 18 countries, processing over 40 million transactions including India, South Africa, Nepal, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Singapore, Uganda, and Mauritius, among many others.

The company's product suite includes mobile-first, API-enabled, and cloud-ready solutions for transaction processing. The company also ranked 14th in the "Deloitte technology fast 50 India" and "Deloitte technology fast 500 APAC" and was the proud winner for two years in a row in 2019 and 2020.
