Lockdown due to the virus outbreak has made many companies around the world helpless, they are not able to help their employees even if they want to. They are left with only two options, a pay cut or immediate loss of job. In India, ever since the government announced the nationwide lockdown on March 24, the unemployment rate remained high at over 20%, according to the Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE).
Unfortunately, there are more pay cuts and job cuts are in the offingsince there is uncertainty around Covid-19 and its possible impact. However, a select few companies have stepped up hiring despite the global pandemic.

Tech Mahindra is looking for an experienced telecommunication engineer. The selected hire will work on signal processing fundamentals, cellular communication and wireless standoffs. The role requires strong knowledge of programming in c, c++ and MATLAB. He will work on developing prototypes , enhancing algorithm performance and work with debugging tools.
The candidate must have knowledge of architecture and design, including debugging skills. He should be experienced in integration and optimization tools to apply for the job.
