Over the past couple of years, the growth of IoT has been exponential. But the adverse effect of that growth is the IoT devices generate a massive amount of data. In our time, IoT is developing rapidly, and it goes beyond devices like laptops or smartphones because they are also expected to be online. IoT devices have low computational power, and they act as information gatherers. Cloud technology can solve storage issues because storing data in the device itself is expensive and complex. Cloud will allow us to deal with big data efficiently, and it is more reasonable to pay rent for digital space from external servers.
It is well-known that processing power makes a device smart, and without it, the user would end up with small fragments of data with no ideal connection. Cloud is not only known for its storage capabilities, but it is also known to provide computational abilities to devices and businesses in general. A centralized security system will take care of the data from breaches or other security problems. Financial flexibility is another prominent advantage of implementing cloud computing in IoT networks because of the cost-effectiveness. The relationship between Cloud and IoT will play an important role in development because of the data that the devices gather and the new opportunities that can be harnessed from that data.
