IBM has announced $ 1 Billion investment plans to develop its ecosystem in India

To drive the adoption of artificial intelligence and hybrid cloud system, popular tech giant IBM has announced investment plans worth $1 billion for its partner ecosystem based in India. Chief executive and chairman of IBM, Arvind Krishnan, has stated that India is a microcosm of IBM Corporation, and it will continue to remain the key for the company. He furthermore added that with a robust ecosystem of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), large developer base, startups, and Global System Integrators (GSI's) – India will have major advantages, and IBM India is all set and eager to be the forerunner for this effort to drive innovation that will be made in India for the world and India.

 Recently it was also announced that the big blue would be partnering with Tech Mahindra to extend their collaboration and build an ecosystem for supporting their mutual growth in the next three years. This collaboration's main motto would be to focus on technological areas like automation, cybersecurity, AI, data, and hybrid cloud. Chief executive and MD of Tech Mahindra, C P Gurnani, has stated that IBM and Tech Mahindra have collaborated for years. This time, the partnership will work on a roadmap with dedicated teams working together to achieve the roadmap's goals.
