Air India and Microsoft will reinvent the employee experience while also accelerating digital transformation.

India's most renowned aviation service provider and a Star Alliance member, Air India, has announced that the firm will be collaborating with Microsoft to redefine the employee experience and accelerate the company’s digital transformation journey. Also, this partnership will pave the way for new opportunities through Microsoft’s collaboration and security tools to bring about an agile and empowering employee experience for Air India employees around the world.

Air India had previously stated that its first and foremost aim is to design a strong employee proposition and provide a robust, intuitive, and easy-to-use digital productivity and collaboration suite for every employee. Through the collaboration with Microsoft, Air India will now have easy access to a rich set of tools like Microsoft 365, which will enable the company to provide state-of-the-art security, collaboration, integration, and effective communication capabilities.

Air India's collaboration with Microsoft is expected to increase productivity improvements and cost savings while offering a more superior experience to its customers. It is said that the standardization of the Microsoft 365 platform across the entire Air India staff will expedite easy collaboration with other Tata Group companies using the same platform.
