The Silicon Review
July, 2020
Previously the processes that required analysis, pipetting, and production to be carried out manually are now controlled by automated systems. This did not completely reinvent the segment, instead the automation systems used in operations and mechanical engineering sectors are being optimized and adapted in the life sciences. The biotechnology sector is similar to any other industry as far as the manufacturing processes are automated to produce successful products as quickly as possible, in large quantities. To achieve automation in biotech, experts from most diverse disciplines must maintain a constant dialogue. This will help them to work together successfully.
The Quality standards of Biotech and Pharma industries are an example of the epitome of accuracy and precision. The stringent authorities like WHO, EMEA, JEA, USFDA, etc. are a few examples that ensure zero error tolerance in the process and the end product of the Biopharma manufacturing. For the Biotech and Pharma vaccine/medicine manufacturers, it becomes an incredibly challenging task to comply with the guidelines put forth by these eminent authorities. Dyna Biotech is well aware and understands the manufacturing process and the necessary regulations put forth by WHO, EMEA, JEA, USFDA, and regulations of CGMP. Equipment is manufactured with ASME U stamp, and automation made is with IEC standards. The validation dossier produced is immense compared to the regular fabrication units. Dyna Biotech was established on 1st April 2013 and has been in operation for over seven years at the forefront of manufacturing, validation, installation, and services for a wide range of Biotechnology and Biopharma equipment.
In conversation with Dr. Vinodkumar Patil, CEO and Founder of Dyna Biotech
Q. What are some of the significant challenges you faced in the initial years? How did you overcome them?
If you ask any start-ups, what are the challenges they faced for bringing the business in the action, you will surely be answered that finance, lack of proper organization, difficulty in promotion and sales, budget distribution, etc. Absolutely, these are genuine, but to create a successful set up of Biotech-Pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing company, our team was aligned, creative, hardworking, consistent, and stable for achieving the company's goal. This organizational unity led us to overcome the primary challenges. But still, we have not stopped our approach, we believe practice makes a man perfect. We are an experimental approach based company. We think success is not by chance, it is by accepting the change.
Q. What kind of responses have you received from your clients over the years? How have they motivated you to shape the company’s growth?
We started in 2013, and we are progressing continuously. Our HR Department team always focuses on the key result areas that are required to be improved and accordingly the training set up, it is crated for the development of the employees and ultimate evolution of the company.

Hence I established international marketing, sales & service office in Bangkok, Thailand. An eight-member team is working for the vision and mission of the company there. This commitment in the sector of healthcare is valuable compassion of Dyna Biotech team towards the national and international society. This makes us matchless and outstanding above all other players in the domestic & international market.
Q. What are your plans for the future development of your company?
