“Our products offer the finest in technology, design, architecture, functionality, features, and ease of use.”
At its core, customer relationship management (CRM) is all of the activities, strategies and technologies that companies use to manage their interactions with their current and potential customers. A saying frequently heard and said in many businesses is “customer is king.”
CRM helps businesses build a relationship with their customers that, in turn, creates loyalty and customer retention. Since customer loyalty and revenue are both qualities that affect a company’s revenue, CRM is a management strategy that results in increased profits for a business. At its core, a CRM tool creates a simple user interface for a collection of data that helps businesses recognize and communicate with customers in a scalable way.
In light of the foregoing, we’re thrilled to present InfoNoble Solution Pvt Ltd.

Ashish VD Thapliyal & Rahul Vador, InfoNoble Solution Pvt Ltd Leadership, spoke exclusively to The Silicon Review. Below is an excerpt.
Q. Can you brief us about the history of your company, Mr. Thapliyal?
InfoNoble Solution Pvt Ltd initiated offering enterprise-grade CRM services to clients five years from now. We underpinned the company by devoting the entire first year to developing hard-core engineering and alpha tests with a comparatively smaller clientele. As an end-result, we successfully developed an efficient, easy, and standalone CRM which allows our clients to manage their datasets within the same CRM platform. The InfoNoble product suite named as NobleCRM – Omni Channel offers complete spectrum of solutions including CRM, HRMS and Contact Centre after successful release of alpha and beta versions.
Our customer-oriented norms, quality and consistent support has garnered us a loyal client base since five years. Besides developing a complete CRM suite, we have achieved numerous milestones by developing remarkable products serving various business verticals like the manufacturing sector, retail businesses, automobile, property-real estate, medical sector, mass media and communication, BPO, call centres, insurance, banking, and legal sector.
InfoNoble products have the trust of well-recognised SME, SMB and enterprise-level customers like Suzuki, Quest Diagnostics, BPTP, Jaypee Group, FamiCord, Hartron Communication – naming just a few. InfoNoble CRM and brand management products have contributed in progress of these companies, hence aiding us to becoming one of the fastest growing firms in India. Our progress has been recognised by CIO Review’s “Best CRM Company” award for 2019.
Q. There is nothing more important for a successful small business than a well-defined mission and vision statements. Can you explain your M&V statements, in brief, Mr. Vador?
Speaking of our future endeavours, we look forward to becoming a globally recognised CRM company serving all possible business verticals with innovative products and unmatchable quality. Such a vision to match global standards requires intrinsic quality, customer-centric approach, consistent support and efficient marketing.
We strongly affirm that teamwork is the most important factor for any company to take the lead at global level. Seeking out new opportunities, researching, innovation, new ideas and innovation are the inevitable part of our organisation, and with a strong team, we continue to take new challenges, opportunities and shape a stronger future each day.
The mission at InfoNoble has always remained to make appropriate use of technology and offer finest products delivering outstanding user experience, so that the clients keep coming back to us.
Q. What would you say was the single most influential factor in your business’ success, Mr. Thapliyal?
Like most of the companies, having a strong business network has proved to be the key factor for our company’s success. Networking is one of the most important component, and building a strong network takes up lots of resources, but it pays off in longer terms. Also, running business requires more than just network and other factors must not be disregarded.
Q. If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be, Mr. Vador?
From my personal experience, I can say that having a solid plan is the primary requirement, perhaps, even before having the capitals for building your business empire. You should know about where you are spending your money, before starting to make arrangements for it.
Knowing how much capital is needed and where you will be spending needs clear understanding of your business – not necessarily a detailed business plan, but having the basic understanding of financial aspects is recommended. Usually, making monetary arrangements is comparatively simple at the end, so a clear vision can save you from the troubles that most beginners face initially.
Q. What do you think is the most memorable moment in your career, Mr. Thapliyal?
Putting out an entrepreneur cliché, there is nothing more memorable than getting hold of the first client. There is a sense of achievement when you know that your solutions will make others’ lives easier, and they will be willing to pay you for it. I believe that the customer gratitude for solving your problem is unexaggeratedly the greatest dream for any entrepreneur.
Q. What other business leaders do you look up to and why, Mr. Vador?
Mr. Anand Mahindra has always been my ideal for the phenomenal balance he maintains between business and co-curricular activities. While being a business tycoon, he doesn’t miss out on nurturing hobbies – whether it is movies, reading or even listening to the Blues. The tennis buff has now turned towards sailing too!
Q. What other business leaders do you look up to and why, Mr. Thapliyal?
Although not a business leader, I look up to Nitin Gadkari Minister for Road Transport & Highways of India and Shipping Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Government of India. He is known for prowess in dealing and managing people alongside fulfilling his ministerial duties.
As per Mr. Gadkari, successful people and companies can create jobs, and he has used this belief to strengthen employment and growth in Indian society. If I get a chance, I would be please to meet him personally.
Q. What do you hope to accomplish in the long run, Mr. Vador?
We are working on developing an internal history of financial growth to gain trust of future investors through the long-term viability of InfoNoble. An experienced team is being recruited to take care of this, and we look forward to taking the company public in longer run.
