Q. When The Going Gets Tough, the Tough Get Going

Anoop Handa, Anlight founder, believes that the first customer and the first assignment are very special to any start-up. The company values highly of its first project that paved the way to the company’s success and growth.  However, the toughest challenge of all came from the acquisition of its first customer and the first project.

Anoop says that it was very difficult for them to acquire a customer purely on past achievements with no runs on the scoreboard with a new startup, but they were fortunate that they found someone who put their trust on a start-up and offered a chance to demonstrate their superior customer services and smart execution skills. Ever since their first assignment, Anlight has always treated each project as if it was its first one and does its best to deliver and meet customer expectations. Anoop says, “The hunger of start-up should never subside at any time. We have learnt that one should always be transparent, and ‘under-commit’ BUT ‘over-deliver’! The reverse of ‘over-commitment’ and ‘under-delivery’ can be very risky to one’s success.”

Anlight has partnered with US-based ThoughtAnalytik LLC, (“tA”). ThoughtAnalytiks helps data-driven enterprises to take cost, time, coding, and demand for technical skills out of their data initiatives. The SaaS-based Analytics platforms from tA leverage data assets to excel in business decisions. These platforms take cost, time & technical skills out of the equation in building data warehouse and data lakes.

Anlight has recently introduced HR Vu: a pre-built set of HR KPI’s’ and HR Analytics to enable Data-Driven HR for delivering business value via HR function. It is currently focused to expand its global footprint and add more cloud solutions to its existing portfolio. We are currently in ‘BUILD’ phase of our new Cloud based CRM practice.
