Automated HMI (Human Machine Interface) testing platforms

HMIs are ready for use in environmental test chambers, development labs and product lines. The SR-Dimenzio-MG is built for use in various stages of product development and production including the end-of-line testing for production lines that should work non-stop for 365 days a year. It uses the highest quality components to ensure that performance is maintained throughout its lifetime. Its compact form factor makes it easy for integration into the existing production lines or stacking into server rack enclosures in SaaS companies. It is equipped with Learning Mode capability. One can also teach it how to operate the device without having to write program scripts. At the same time, if it is necessary that program scripts have to be made, it is also possible. All the single finger gestures like tap, swipe, etc. are available through the intuitive and universal TCP/IP APIs for command and control.

Integrated solution for automated testing on touchscreen HMI devices

The SR-STR V5.0 is the new and improved version that is capable of much more. It an integrated platform for conducting automated testing on real physical devices with Touchscreens and buttons as the human-machine interface. It includes the Innovative Force-controlled Stylus that ensures the safety of the Device Under Test (DUT) even after hundreds of thousands of test cycles. It is safe to use with expensive prototype units of devices still under development and also can be used for testing end of line testing. The configurable force settings make it ideal for use with buttons, resistive touch panels and capacitive touchscreens.

Ultra durable, high speed and ready for use in harsh environments and production lines

The SR-Dimenzio series is built for use in end-of-line testing for production lines that should work non-stop for 365 days a year. It can even operate in harsh environments that offer up to 70C temperature and 90RH humidity. It uses the highest quality components to ensure that performance is maintained throughout the whole year of continuous usage, even at high speeds of 500 mm/s during operation. Its compact size makes and small footprint makes it easy for integration into existing production lines, thereby providing an easy upgrade for production processes. Additionally, it also includes the Innovative Force-controlled Stylus that ensures the safety of the Device Under Test (DUT) even after hundreds of thousands of test cycles. The configurable force settings make it ideal for use with buttons, resistive touch panels and capacitive touchscreens.

Remote Operation and Testing of single-rack and multi-rack ATE is realized

The SR-Dimenzio-BG is the latest in technology that enables businesses to save millions in CapEx. It is made for quick and easy integration into existing ATE systems so that geographically distributed teams can remotely operate the ATE in real-time over the universal TCP/IP communication interface. The SR-Dimenzio-BG supports a range of end effector modules that makes it capable of operating buttons, knobs, toggle switches and touchscreens. The system is used with ATE in defense, avionics, automotive, telecom and premium audio equipment. It is suitable for remote operation and also continuous functional tests on a wide range of devices and equipment. The intuitive and universal TCP/IP APIs for command and control makes the installation and integration to be completed within a day or less.

Servos

DongbuHerkuleX servos have been designed based on accumulated technical know-how in industrial robotics control technology to maximize efficiency, compactness and user’s’ convenience. The brilliant performance of HerkleX series servos, which is equipped with full duplex TTL communication to enhance feedback and velocity override for smoother robot motion. More than 50 parameter settings are available using the bundled software, HerkleX manager. Herklex evolution, it never stops.

Webots

The Webots robot simulator is used in more than 1086 universities and research centers worldwide. It is a development environment used to model, program and simulate mobile robots. With Webots, the user can design complex robotic setups involving one robot or several, which can be similar or different, in a shared environment.
