Blasting, Stripping, and Inspection
Abrasive blasting projects highly compressed air and an abrasive agent (steel grit, sand or powdered abrasive) at high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface or literally “blast away” any paint, dirt or surface contaminants. This preparation allows for a better application of protective coatings and paints and is one of the most economical and effective methods of combating corrosion, chemical attack and wear.

Once your product is painted, HMG uses its years of experience to tailor a packing solution to ensure it gets to your door as good as it leaves. This may include foam wrapping, boxing, strapping and the design and fabrication of stillages to facilitate direct to line supply.
