KDMSL started off as a pure-play back office services provider with established front offices across India. Through the framework of the Karvy group’s branches, it has ventured into field level data collection activities like the Aadhaar enrolment, the Socio Economic Caste Census project, De-worming project, Handloom Census and more recently Swachh Survekshan 2018.

How is your company positioned in the recent market scenario?
We believe that we have the right mix of people, processes and technologies that cater to the ever changing market scenario. With this mix, we believe that we are uniquely positioned to catapult to the next level. We are ready for industry 4.0 with our unique value proposition and services that we offer.
Who are your big clients?
Our large clients include central and state governments, telecom companies, private sector banks and large e-commerce players.
What is the target area of your clientele?
We would like to say that we focus on our most of the services offered but however, our current focus is on e-commerce services, IOT, smart cities and ICT infrastructure.
What is it in you that make you different from others in the domain?
KDMSL has been an organization driven by people. Entrepreneurship has been imbibed as a culture and all the employees are given a platform to innovate and excel in their own way.
What are your present and future focus areas?
Our focus areas are in the areas of IOT, ICT infrastructure, digital and e-commerce services and mission mode projects under the e-Kranti programme.

A strong figure in Karvy Leadership Team, V Mahesh is a BA in Corporate Secretaryship from University of Madras. He holds a Post Graduate degree in Commerce from University of Madras (M.Com) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications. His work experience spanning over 2 decades has given him an in depth exposure to operations on most financial services businesses, which has enabled him and his team to contribute immensely to the company’s growth. Commencing his professional stint with the Registry business where he has his credit managing over 300 IPOs and other forms of offerings, he was amongst the first few to work closely on the Book Building process initiated by SEBI in 1995.
