Gautam Dembla, Managing Director - India

Gautam, with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration took charge of a large 3 PL company at the very start of operations in 1992. Under his charge the throughput handled for the company’s customers increased from a modest 160 million in 1992 to almost 3500 million in 1999. He was the CEO at the company from 1992 till he left to join a MNC Logistics company. He joined the MNC as a Director-Logistics and set up the Domestic Logistics division. Several warehouse intensive contracts and countrywide operations such as Cummins Auto Services, Crompton Greaves Mumbai warehouses and JVC distribution network stand out as his contribution in his Geo stint.

He has undergone operational training in Dubai and Kuwait, extensively at Mercedes Benz facilities and also at Jebel Ali Port with GAC shipping. Has attended several Logistics and Supply Chain Development programmes at IIMA. He has been a visiting faculty for the Post Graduate Diploma in Logistics Management at Symbiosis Institute of International Business in Pune.

Piyush Katariya , CFO

Piyush has over 14 years of experience in managing all domains of Finance and Accounting. He has strong hold in setting up policies and procedures in the areas of Financial Management to have better management control.

He holds expertise in Finance, M&A, Accounts, MIS Reporting, Costing, Taxation, Insurance and Legal. He has solid planning and organization skills

He has worked at senior management positions in various organizations of repute including A.V. Birla Group, Lalbhai Group, Nilon’s and others.

He is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI and has done his Graduation with Honours in Accounting.
