Fourth Dimension Solutions; in a flash

Fourth Dimension Solutions Limited was established in the year 2011 as a Private Limited Company. An emerging company for multi-diversified operations into IT and ITES industry, the Company was transformed into a Public Limited Company on May 25, 2015 and by 22 January 2016 the shares of the Company were listed on SME Platform of National Stock Exchange of India i.e., NSE- EMERGE.

Further, the company spread out its wings of operation with an acquisition of two companies as wholly owned subsidiary viz. Thumbspeed Software Solutions Private Limited (now known as Thumbspeed Tech Solutions Private Limited) on December 15, 2014 and Enpocket Services (India) Private Limited (Now known as Enpocket IT Services (India) Private Limited) on April 29, 2016. Additionally, the company went on mounting its global footprint abroad and in the Board meeting determined to unbolt its subsidiaries at Singapore and UAE. This is how the overseas subsidiary company of Fourth Dimension Solutions Limited at Singapore was incorporated on November 08, 2016 and a subsidiary at UAE was incorporated on February 16, 2017.

Meet the Leader 

Amalendu Mukherjee, Managing Director and Promoter- A visionary leader, Mukherjee carries more than 10 years of experience in the field of IT and IT related services. He utilized and leverages IT as a tool to execute his objectives of Governance through IT and IT related services. He holds an Executive MBA Degree from Concordia College and University of Delaware, USA. 

He started his career with West Bengal State Seed Corporation Limited, a West Bengal Government undertaking in the year 1999. Later, he joined SARK Systems (I) Ltd in the year 2004 at Delhi. He formed company in the year 2011 to capture the upcoming business opportunities in governance related IT services.

He has been awarded Shram Ratna Award by Honorable Union Minister Shri Santosh Gangwar in the year 2015. At Fourth Dimension, Mukherjee is largely responsible for carrying a global niche for the company; his ideology is to incorporate the best practices of business management in the organization.
