Firms working on Eye-Care Solutions use Mercedes Benz Innovation

Rural areas have seen a lot of cases of impairment of eyes. To provide a solution for this problem a tech start-up along with an NGO has collaborated to tap into an innovative approach to solve this matter. This tech is designed by Mercedes Benz and is considered to work perfectly.  Initially, a pilot project was launched in India for the test. The Indian Vision Institute, which is a non-government organization and a Czech start-up called DOT Glasses are now implementing this project. The DOT Glasses CEO and founder said that the company’s vision kit is patented, adjustable frame designed, and snapped together by MBtech. Also, he mentioned that the collaboration of Mercedez Benz and AKKA Technologies. It is said to bring a fresh functional approach to its products. The Indian Vision Institute has been collaborating with many eye hospitals and NGOs in various regions of the country. Majorly done to screen and provide low-cost eyeglasses in the country ever since it began in 2012.

IVI’s CEO Vinod Daniel said that the project can reach vision impairment support even in the rural areas of many communities. The transformation concept is said to make a huge difference in the present healthcare situation in India. Let us see what happens.
